1. Services

EvolvedStack provides IT consulting, software development, and digital transformation services. Our services include but are not limited to web development, blockchain solutions, mobile app development, cloud services, AI integration, and custom software solutions.

2. Project Agreements

All projects begin with a formal agreement outlining scope, deliverables, timelines, and costs. Changes to project scope must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the final deliverables. EvolvedStack retains ownership of pre-existing materials and generic components.

4. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and project details. Non-disclosure agreements are available upon request.

5. Payment Terms

Payment schedules and terms are specified in individual project agreements. We typically require a deposit before project initiation.

6. Warranty and Liability

We warrant our work will conform to the agreed-upon specifications. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
